Program Cost

• Single Parent $ 95.00
• Parent Couple* $ 175.00
  *each parent must have a separate and distinct email address to register
• Adoption Professional $95.00 (includes continuing education credit)

Program Terms and Conditions

• There are no refunds after the user has registered and paid for the program, unless user receives a special exception from NCFA.
• Students have eight (8) weeks to complete the program. If a user does not complete the program within 8 weeks and does not request and receive a program extension exemption, he/she will have to re-register and pay a reinstatement fee in order to complete the program, which may be the full program price.

Refund exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. If you do request and receive a refund:

• Your refund will be credited to the card used to register for the program.
• Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Technical Requirements

• High speed internet is required. The program cannot be viewed over a dial-up connection.
• Recommended operating system of Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista for PC and OS9 and OSX for Mac. Older systems may not support the program.
• RAM of at least 256 MB (512 MB recommended)
• Hard Drive of at least 30 Gig
• Processor of at least 1.2 GHz
